Mama Mia, this is not your average Pizza!

I’m seriously so guilty of picking toppings off the pizza. Sorry, not sorry this time, because this extremely bad habit lead me to create my new favorite carb free, grain free, gluten free snack!

This snack is 100% fool proof as long as you don’t overcook, and it has become such a staple in my home.

Introducing, Baked Pepperoni Chips!

These baked pepperoni chips are salty, and spicy by nature and you don’t need any additional seasonings, TRUST me!

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  1. One lb sliced pepperoni

Instructions:

  1. Line cookie sheet with foil

  2. Place sliced pepperoni on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 250 degrees

  3. Let pepperoni drain on a paper towel, and the oil dry out a bit before serving

Thats literally it.
